The sad news was confirmed in a social media post by the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum.
“Our beloved Tatiana passed away this morning. She will forever remain in our hearts.”
Understanding the Diagnosis
Within a published essay in November, she disclosed that she had been found to have AML, a form of leukemia with a rare mutation.
This condition is a cancer that originates in the bone marrow and blood cells.
